The compact standard through hole slip ring can transmit power and signal from fixed point to rotating device, with an operating speed up to 1000rpm. Its streamlined structure features high-density conductive paths while the hollow shaft enables centralized cable routing. It is used in medium and large industrial machinery and aerospace equipment.

Q: How should we choose the aperture of the through-hole slip ring?

A: You need to measure the diameter of the shaft, tube, etc. in the equipment that is to pass through the slip ring through hole. Then, based on this size, choose a slip ring aperture that is slightly larger than its diameter. A slightly larger slip ring inner diameter can be smoothly installed on the rotating shaft of the equipment and will not be stuck due to vibration, thermal expansion and other factors during subsequent operation.

Q: How long is your customization cycle?

A: This varies depending on the complexity of the slip ring, customization requirements and order scheduling.
