Quality Control In Every Step

 

 

Step 1: Raw Material Inspection

Raw material inspection involves analyzing the appearance, purity, and strength of raw materials, and testing their wear range in simulated environments. Qualified materials can be used to produce components such as brushes, conductive rings, and bearings for slip rings.

Step 2: Component Processing Inspection

After the production of each component of the slip ring, we need to verify their dimensional accuracy. Usually, this is carried out in accordance with the international tolerance standard (± 0.01 mm).

Step 3: Assembly Process Inspection

When all components meet the quality standards, we start assembling them and check the firmness between various parts, such as the fit between shafts and holes, keys and key - slots.

Step 4: Electrical Performance Test

We detect the insulation and current transmission capabilities of the slip ring through electrical performance testing. This includes testing each conductive path, contact resistance, and dynamic resistance.

Step 5: Signal Transmission Detection
