  • What payment methods do you accept?
     
    We accept Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer) and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.
  • What is your delivery time?
     
    It usually takes 1 week for samples of standard models, and 2-4 weeks for bulk production(Custom designs may be longer).
  • So, how do you transport the goods?
     
    We ship our slip rings globally via air freight (Door-to-Door Delivery). The estimated transit time is 3-5 working days (varies by destination).
  • What is your warranty policy?
     
    All slip rings come with a 3-month free replacement warranty (covers manufacturing defects, excluding misuse damage).
  • What is the maximum speed of the capsule slip ring?
     
    The maximum speed of different capsule slip ring models is different. For example, the maximum speed of model BTC005 is 100 rpm, while BTC032 can reach 500 rpm. This speed is based on the normal working environment temperature and relative humidity.
  • How much loss do they have for analog signal transmission?
     
    In a standard working environment (about 25℃ temperature and 60% relative humidity), their analog signal transmission loss is less than 0.5dB. This is because they use gold-plated copper conductive rings and precious metal brush wire design, to reduce the attenuation of signals.
  • When the capsule slip ring transmits multiple signals at the same time, will the signals interfere with each other?
     
    You don't have to worry about this. Our slip ring adopts multi-channel design, with shielding layers of different materials set between its conductive ring and shell. This design helps to prevent electromagnetic interference between different types of signals and allows different signals to be transmitted stably in their respective channels.
  • Can you provide product technical documents, such as electrical parameter tables?
     
    Of course. We provide instruction manual, installation guide and electrical parameter table for each slip ring product. You can learn about their resistance, signal type and transmission parameters. These documents are available in both paper and electronic form for your reference at any time.
  • What technical support do you have during the use of the product?
