This allows them to have uninterrupted power/signal transmission. Meanwhile, their military-grade components and precision machining ensure a break in the problems of poor contact and transmission interruption of traditional slip rings in outdoor environments. ​

 

 

Features

 

Customizable

The inner diameter, outer diameter, number of channels and other parameters of vibration-resistant through-bore slip rings can be customized according to the installation space and rotating shaft size requirements of different equipment. So it works well from micro medical equipment to large industrial equipment.

High Protection Level

The slip ring adopts a sealing structure design to achieve the protection level of IP54. This effectively prevent dust, moisture and pollutants from entering the interior of the slip ring, avoiding poor contact and increased resistance.

Temperature Resistance

The slip ring adopts an aluminum alloy shell and copper alloy, silver alloy conductive ring and brush design. It can operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, to be used in the northern winter outdoors or industrial environments.
