For samples, formal PO is not necessary, tell us your quantity and part number , and show your company information for our PI preparation, then payment as per PI, then manufacture and shipment!
For batch production, E- PDF order by email is necessary.
Confirming drawing(if not standard)→PO(by client) → PI (by supplier) → payment(basing on PI) →Procession → Shipment and show customer AWB# → Purchasing finish.

Q: What are your payment options ?

A: Western Union or Paypal for samples, T/T for regular PO .

Q: What is your return policy and quality guarantee?

A: All standard models can be returned without being installed ( NG happens during shipment), and free replacement will be done asap. If the slip rings in considered nonstandard, we have a non-cancellable / non-returnable policy, you will be notified while purchase if the unit is nc/nr, however, if manufacturing or shipment problem, free replacement as well.
And quality is guaranteed within 6 months at proper installing and working condition. After 6 months, free repairing with charging broken or worn-out parts ,and the sender pays the shipping cost (ByTune pays ship back cost ).
