The standard gold contacting capsule slip ring has a compact structure and multiple integrated 2-18 circuits. It adapts to various limited spaces and transmit different signals at the same time.
High-quality materials
The conductive ring and brush of this slip ring are usually made of precious metals such as gold and silver. They maintain good electrical contact, can keep the signal stable with reduced fluctuations during operation.
Low friction and wear
It uses steel ball bearings to support its operation, which is based on rolling friction. Compared with sliding friction, its friction force is much smaller, between 0.001 - 0.003, which reduces vibration and noise in use.
