The 2 poles mercury slip ring integrates two independent 30A power circuits within its 30mm diameter housing. It uses liquid mercury contact technology, completely eliminating mechanical friction and noise during current and signal transmission. Thanks to this EMI-free transmission, it is widely used in sensitive applications such as precision rotating instruments, ultrasonic sensors, and medical diagnostic equipment.

High current transmission

The 2 poles mercury slip ring has a noble metal exit point and low contact resistance. It can transmit 2-30A current and 250AC/V voltage, meeting the transmission requirements of high current and high power.

Wear-free design

The slip ring adopts a wear-free design because there is no mechanical contact between its conductive parts and the current is transmitted through the mercury flow.

Stable conductivity

The conductive part usually adopts a rotating contact method to achieve current transmission through the flow of mercury. This contact method can ensure a constant conductive area and reduce the fluctuation of resistance value.
