• Multiple carbon or silver-graphite brushes held in spring-loaded holders

• Each brush contacts a corresponding rotating ring

• Brushes are mounted on a fixed bracket, positioned precisely around the rotor

• Brush wiring connects by threads like M8,M10, depending on the loading power
